About the job opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us grow our business and become part of our expanding Sales team in a full-time working position. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and weaknesses
  • Conduct research to identify new market trends and customer needs
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and build long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Develop and ensure sales goals are met
  • Be responsible for several projects of the Sales department and collaborate cross-departmentally to bring them to fruition
  • Develop business proposals
  • Produce sales reports
  • Create an environment focused on trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort

Job requirements

  • Self-driven, proactive and results oriented
  • Analytical and data driven thinking
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent project management and organisation skills
  • IT fluency
  • Experience in customer support will be considered as a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
