We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us grow our business.

 

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Promote company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Develop sales goals and ensure they are met
  • Create an environment focused on trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Develop business proposals
  • Produce sales reports
  • Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Work closely with other teams to develop new business.

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in customer support and IT fluency will be considered as a plus
  • Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
