About the job opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us grow our business and become part of our expanding Sales team in a full-time working position.


Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy by collaborating with senior leadership, and drive execution from a Sales perspective

  • Discover and map business strengths and weaknesses, with the aim of proposing actionable solutions

  • Conduct research to identify new market trends focused on customer needs and revenue optimization

  • Help the Sales team build long-standing partnerships based on the Company’s strategic goals

  • Be able to work with KPIs and meet sales targets on a quarterly basis

  • Lead several projects of the Sales department based on business goals, and collaborate cross-departmentally to bring them to fruition

  • Work closely with Product in defining business requirements & specifications for upcoming projects

  • Develop business proposals for new features and services, with the aim of propelling the company forward and increase its unique value proposition

  • Create an environment focused on trust, openness, creative thinking and collaboration

Job requirements

  • Be a strong communicator with the ability to negotiate
  • Excellent project management and organization skills
  • Computer literacy; proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales/marketing, engineering or relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a business analyst role
