About the job opportunity 

This is an opportunity for those who demonstrate an interest in sales and market trends and that are comfortable being the face of the company. As a Key Accounts Executive, you will work directly with our B2B clients, assessing their needs , determining the most suitable xe.gr services that can meet their expectations. Being responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships with important clients while driving revenue growth, this is a strategic role in the Sales Department . 

Responsibilities
  • Βuild and maintain a professional relation and network with new and existing customers to expand the business and increase customer loyalty

  • Consult and propose new products to our customers using multiple data points to prepare and conduct optimum presentations

  • Analyze market needs, develop account management strategies and communicate them to your Manager.

  • Prepare & communicate sales results and sales forecasts

  • Be a central contact point closely working with Operations team to solve B2B customers’ requirements and cater to their requests

  • Provide market updates and customer feedback to your Manager for further market analysis and product development

  • Be able to work with our KPIs and meet sales targets

  • Be engaged! Recommend optimizations to existing methods and procedures to increase the efficiency, productivity and responsiveness of our Sales Department

  • Maintain a professional working attitude and promote our company's core values

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proven work experience in a customer support or sales role in eCommerce environment will be considered as a plus
